Whenever I find my self struggling, I always return to the beautiful words Paul wrote to the Church in Rome.

I do not have the source of this blessing, but I hope it provides you comfort and hope:

There is something deeply moving about midnight prayer: it connects the timeless with temporal, the divine with the ending of a old day and the beginning of a new one.

I had the opportunity recently, spending many hours in a local hospital emergency room, surrounded by other patients struggling with a multitude of issues - some obvious, but most not.
